Praise Party VBS 2010 at Brookhaven United Methodist Church

Praise Party Vacation Bible School 2010 will spark passionate worship!

Praise Party is a heritage-based Christian education curriculum that will have our community celebrating the saving grace of Jesus Christ with head, heart, hands, feet, and SOUL!! We’re going to have a GREAT time. Our plan includes worship, music, crafts, Bible stories, a service project, time to play with friends, snacks/lunch, plus MORE!

Saturday – Praise Party VBS Day : 9:30-2:00

9:30am - Welcome / Registration
9:45am - Opening Worship
10:00am - Lesson 1
- Storytelling (Willing Hands - Exodus 35)
- Craft (Willing Hands)
10:30am - Lesson 1 Reflection
10:50am - Playtime / Snack
11:15am - Lesson 2
- Storytelling (Stomp - 1 Chronicles 13:1-8)
- Craft (Drum Building)
11:45am - Lesson 2 Reflection / Service Project
12 Noon - Lunch
12:30pm - Lesson 3
- Storytelling (Stand Up Straight – Luke 13:10-17)
- Craft (Pipe Cleaner Women)
1:00pm - Lesson 3 Reflection
1:15pm - Closing Worship
1:45pm - Dismissal / Parent Pickup at Playground

Sunday - Praise Pary Celebration and Praise Picnic

10:45am - Nursery open for babies and toddlers
11:00am - Praise Party Celebration (Kids perform in worship)
12:00noon - Praise Picnic on back playground - Church provides fried chicken, plz bring a side to share!
